Crystal Gurevich is the Director of Retirement Client Services. She is responsible for working directly with Corporate Retirement Plan Sponsors, Plan participants and Third Party Administrators through all stages of plan implementation and ensuring that all ongoing service needs are met. She conducts on-site and web-based educational seminars and assists with Investment Committee Plan reviews.
Crystal began her career in the Pension Industry in 2002 as Third Party Administrator specializing in Department of Labor compliance testing, Plan Design, and the administration of multi-faceted employee benefit packages. Crystal continued her career at Voya Financial as a Client Relations Manager before joining the BayBridge Team.
She earned a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) Designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), as well as the Series 6 & 63 Securities Licenses, and the California State Life & Health Insurance license.
Crystal earned her first paycheck at a local boutique on her college campus, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. (Go Tar Heels!) She was also a member of the University Marching Band and enjoyed attending every home & away football game in her four-year tenure. The fun continued with floor/bleacher seats during ACC basketball season, which included a trip to the NCAA Final Four game in Indianapolis.
When she’s not busy ensuring the best possible Plan Sponsor and Plan participant experience, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and family, serving at her church, attending kickboxing classes, playing her flute, and traveling the world.
